Microsoft offers online training and certification to Ohio residents

Career Education: Microsoft Corporation, an international leader in software, services and technology solutions, will provide free vouchers to the entire state of Ohio to pay for online training and certification courses in using its variety of products.

As announced by Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, “The free training opportunities through Microsoft will ensure that Ohioans obtain the essential technology skills necessary for a good-paying job in today‚Äôs economy.”

Vouchers will be available at adult work force training centers across the state of Ohio and are free to all residents independent of their employment status.

In an era where technology and the internet are tied to closely to the job search process, Microsoft’s free online training courses is sure to go a long way in helping many Ohio state residents find new, successful careers.
