Harris Miller on Politico said this week …
“This sector’s 2 million students are usually older, working adults, often living independently and arising from a less affluent socioeconomic cohort. These students require higher education programs with more flexible schedules to match busy, demanding lifestyles and life challenges. Flexible scheduling means classes start at career colleges throughout the calendar year, not just in September.”
